Aaron´s career in Real Estate began in 1993. Aaron has earned his GRI Designation, only 9 percent of all Realtors have earned the Designation Graduate REALTOR Institute. He is a member of the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He takes pride in being a master of technology and he has earned Microsoft´s prestigious designation of Microsoft Certified Professional. Aaron has also worked with agents nationwide training them on Multiple Listing Service and Agent Productivity Software. He has served on the 2004/2005 Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors Technology and MLS Systems Committees.

Bob Beyer


A long time ago, Bob Beyer figured out how succeed in real estate; take care of your clients, and they will take care of you.

 

Bob began his real estate career in 1989 after selling a refrigeration and air conditioning business. He climbed on board with Independent Brokers Realty in 1991 after he earned his broker’s license. IBR afforded Bob the flexibility to negotiate fees with clients and place their needs above the dictates of corporate policy.

Having lived in Richfield since 1966, he has a strong sphere of influence within his neighborhood as well.

What kind of advice does Bob offer to young real estate agents who are just starting out? “Get your CRS!” he says. The CRS designation has been an invaluable source of referrals from other agents across the country. He gets buyers from California, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, and all over the country. The CRS designation is widely recognized as a symbol of professional competency. According to Bob, the CRS training is “top-notch.” The fact that you can take classes in Hawaii and get a tax write-off for the trip is not all bad either!
