Aaron´s career in Real Estate began in 1993. Aaron has earned his GRI Designation, only 9 percent of all Realtors have earned the Designation Graduate REALTOR Institute. He is a member of the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He takes pride in being a master of technology and he has earned Microsoft´s prestigious designation of Microsoft Certified Professional. Aaron has also worked with agents nationwide training them on Multiple Listing Service and Agent Productivity Software. He has served on the 2004/2005 Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors Technology and MLS Systems Committees.

Bob Beyer


A long time ago, Bob Beyer figured out how succeed in real estate; take care of your clients, and they will take care of you.

 

Bob began his real estate career in 1989 after selling a refrigeration and air conditioning business. He climbed on board with Independent Brokers Realty in 1991 after he earned his broker’s license. IBR afforded Bob the flexibility to negotiate fees with clients and place their needs above the dictates of corporate policy.

His buoyant spirit and affable demeanor infect his clients, and cements a loyal, lasting bond. Almost all of Bob’s clients are referrals or repeat customers. Recently, he put together a transaction for a family that had already completed a dozen real estate sales with him in the past. If you combine a large number of satisfied customers with good word-of-mouth, good post-sale follow-up service, and thoughtful habits like remembering client birthdays, you have the kind of successful business model that Bob has created. Having lived in Richfield since 1966, he has a strong sphere of influence within his neighborhood as well.

What kind of advice does Bob offer to young real estate agents who are just starting out? “Get your CRS!” he says. The CRS designation has been an invaluable source of referrals from other agents across the country. He gets buyers from California, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, and all over the country. The CRS designation is widely recognized as a symbol of professional competency. According to Bob, the CRS training is “top-notch.” The fact that you can take classes in Hawaii and get a tax write-off for the trip is not all bad either!

Personal Background
I have lived and worked my entire life in the Minneapolis area and have bought sold and built homes in both the Minneapolis and Saint Paul Metro areas. My wife Nancy and I have been married for 43 years and have raised 3 daughters. A blended career as a Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate Agent has been a full and rewarding one.

Working for years managing international contracts with a Fortune 500 engineering firm provided a depth of understanding for business  negotiating, problem resolution, inventory management, communication and interdepartmental coordination of functions. From this point Paul launched his career in real estate where he quickly established a solid reputation for helping people finding the home of their dreams and helping sellers effectively market and sell their properties. Paul earned numerous awards with over 16 years representing top national builders selling new construction homes and managing the sales and marketing of condominium, townhome and single family home projects in 12 neighborhoods around the Twin Cities area. Highly acclaimed in new construction marketing, sales, the design of custom homes, floor plans and knowledge of construction materials and features Paul has a keen eye for how homes compare in quality and design and the importance of location.
